Terms

AzCura Terms of Service

These Terms explain how AzCura may be used and the responsibilities that apply to patients, caregivers, doctors, admins, demo users, and organizations.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Who we are

AzCura is a healthcare workflow and care-coordination product by Azonova. In these Terms, "AzCura", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the AzCura product and the Azonova team operating it.

AzCura is intended to help patients, caregivers, doctors, and administrators organize health-related workflows such as reports, medicines, appointments, vitals, alerts, and recovery tracking.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, using a test account, uploading content, inviting another user, or otherwise using AzCura, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use AzCura on behalf of an organization, clinic, family member, patient, or other person, you confirm that you have authority and any required consent to do so.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

AzCura may include patient, caregiver, doctor, and admin roles. Your access may depend on role permissions, consent, assignments, caregiver links, organization settings, or administrative configuration.

Do not use another person's account, impersonate a healthcare professional, misrepresent your role, or access health information without authorization.

4. Medical and emergency disclaimers

AzCura is not an emergency service. Do not use AzCura for urgent symptoms, emergency response, ambulance dispatch, crisis support, or time-sensitive medical decisions.

AzCura does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, pharmacy services, insurance services, or a doctor-patient relationship by itself.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions. If you believe someone may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a hospital immediately.

5. AI summaries, report parsing, and graphs

AzCura may use automated systems and AI providers to extract values, summarize reports, generate plain-language explanations, compare reports, and suggest questions to ask a doctor.

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or based on a hard-to-read file. Graphs, abnormal flags, confidence scores, and extracted values are workflow aids and must be verified against the original report and clinical context.

Do not rely on AzCura as the sole source for diagnosis, treatment, medicine changes, emergency triage, or clinical decision-making.

6. Uploads, consent, and user content

You are responsible for the files, reports, vitals, medicine details, appointment details, notes, messages, and other content you submit to AzCura.

Only upload or share health information when you have the right, permission, and consent required by applicable law, professional duties, organization policy, and the person's expectations.

You grant AzCura permission to process, store, display, analyze, summarize, transmit, and otherwise use submitted content as needed to operate the product, provide support, improve safety, maintain security, and comply with law.

7. Care-team sharing and alerts

AzCura may make information visible to authorized users such as patients, caregivers, doctors, admins, or assigned care-team members.

You are responsible for reviewing access permissions and ensuring that invitations, caregiver links, doctor assignments, alerts, and shared notes are sent only to appropriate recipients.

Alerts, reminders, and notifications are convenience features. Delivery may fail, be delayed, or be missed. Do not rely on them for emergency or critical care.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use AzCura to break the law, harm others, harass users, upload malware, attack systems, scrape data without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or bypass access controls.

You may not use AzCura to provide unauthorized medical services, misrepresent clinical credentials, sell regulated products unlawfully, make automated medical decisions without professional review, or upload data you are not allowed to process.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. It is part of these Terms.

AzCura may use third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, AI, email, hosting, monitoring, and support providers. These providers may process data as needed to operate the service.

Google Analytics may be used to understand product usage. We aim to avoid sending medical record content or unnecessary health details to analytics systems.

10. Intellectual property

AzCura, the application design, software, workflows, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Azonova or its licensors.

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the processing permissions needed to operate AzCura and provide the service.

11. Availability and changes

AzCura may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update test accounts, demo data, AI workflows, security controls, and product behavior.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AzCura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that AzCura will be error-free, uninterrupted, clinically complete, medically accurate, or suitable for every user's circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azonova and AzCura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for medical decisions made without appropriate professional review.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is unsafe, unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, inactive, or in breach of these Terms.

You may stop using AzCura at any time. To request account or data assistance, contact us.

14. Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Some users may have additional rights under local consumer, healthcare, privacy, or professional laws that cannot be waived by these Terms.
